Alexandra Fraser is the founder and director of Fraser Consulting. Alexandra has over 15 years experience in the early-stage investment industry and has worked with various investors, start-up support organisations and entrepreneurs. Well renowned for her expertise in strategy, business modeling and fundraising - she has also been involved in developing entrepreneurial networks and ecosystems. She is also a founding member of the African Business Angel Network (ABAN) and an advisor to South African Business Angel Network (SABAN).
Charlotte Luzuka is a Pan African woman who’s one purpose in life is to change the narrative that African women have of themselves through media and business. She has extensive experience in a Finance, Strategy and Operations gained from roles in State Owned Entities, Management Consulting firms, large businesses and Startups. She has a knack for refining business models, analyzing financials and building products / services through design thinking principles. Her passion lies in using this experience to help women co-founded businesses to gain access to funding and other resources to assist them to grow sustainably; and some day to write stories that help the world re-imagine how African women are viewed.
MBA and LL.M. degree. Professional background in the (European) strategy consulting and finance industries. Transition into the impact investing / social finance sphere with own coaching/consulting practice, BooSoBiz – Boosting your Social Business. Currently launching own social business, Colours of a Kind, with an interplay of a European for-profit and South African non-profit.
Christine is an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with 15 years experience working for both leading international law firms as well as in-house experience as Legal Counsel in the finance, FMCG and broadcasting industries. She is GIBS MBA Graduate with a passion for Women's Rights and Societal Leadership.
Juliette is a qualified attorney passionate about using the mechanics of commercial law and drafting to realise her clients’ business objectives. She specialises in implementing corporate, business and property related sales, acquisitions and company setups. She has a special interest in assisting dynamic start-ups in structuring their ideas into commercial reality, assisting both entrepreneur and investor in venture capital and angel investment transactions.
Lee Zuk, with her extensive business knowledge attained through her completion of an MBA at GIBS is the other half of the sisterly partnership and became involved with JAG Method at a later stage. Qualified as a lawyer, she worked her way up in the company while completing her studies at GIBS and is currently COO of JAG Group.
Natasha Remba is a qualified attorney, who currently forms part of the Company Secretarial team of one of South Africa’s leading specialist banks. Having spent over a decade in banking, Natasha served as a director on various boards and has accumulated a wealth of compliance, corporate governance and company secretarial related knowledge and experience.
